My philosophy is based on eating whole foods that are right for YOUR BODY.  Living a healthy lifestyle doesn't mean that you have to deprive yourself, follow a strict diet or give up the things you love.  If you work with me, I will teach you how to do this, and you will feel better than you've felt in years!  I will teach you how to achieve your optimal weight, reduce food cravings, improve your digestion, and reach your health goals so you can be the best possible you!

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. 

As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health!


Why work with me?


I have been there myself.  I have suffered with digestive problems for my whole life, and never felt well after I ate.  I also was unable to concentrate in class, had difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep, never felt refreshed when I woke up in the morning and felt like I could stay in bed all day (and I wanted to), craved sweets, chips, and pizza (and, at times, would eat a whole pizza or bag of chips on my own), and I never had energy in the afternoon, and often felt myself nodding off at my desk.  In addition to not feeling well, I ended up gaining 50 pounds at one point, even though I was working out every day and eating well.  And then I discovered which foods were right for MY BODY.  After making changes in my diet, my digestive problems improved, I felt better than I have in my whole life, and I lost all of the weight!!
