Eating healthy when you have zero time

I know being tired was my issue. Cooking was the last thing I wanted to do when I came home from a long day of work (and still is), but I made myself do it because eating health is important to me. And, it was exhausting.

I knew there had to be a better way, so I began experimenting with meal prep.

I always thought that meal prep was making 10 of the same meals and freezing them until you are ready to eat them, but over the years I’ve learned that there are SO many different ways of doing it.

I’ve been meal prepping for years now and it cuts down on the amount of time I spend in the kitchen after work every night. It’s rare that I will even spend 20 minutes cooking!
