Chocolate chip cookie dough treats

I hope you are doing well! I've had a busy few weeks. I was in Wisconsin a couple weeks ago for a long weekend so I could see family and friends. My brother and his family were in from Germany, so it was great to see everyone and catch up. I love being in Milwaukee during the summer! Since then, I've been busy working on my new program! I'm creating a new weight loss program for people who are sick of yo yo dieting and ready to make some real lifestyle changes to lose the weight, decrease bloating, and feel like themselves again. Since I'm in the beginning stages of creating it and am trying to figure out what would be most beneficial to include in it, I'm looking to interview some people to make sure I'm on the right track and include what people are looking for and need help with. If you are a female in your 30-40's (or older or younger) and fit the description above, if you have 15-30 minutes, I'd love to interview you! It would help a lot and I'd really appreciate the input. Please email me at if you are interested. Once the program is created, I will also be looking for people to be part of the beta test group for feedback on the program, so it will be offered at a discounted price. (more on that later) Anyway, I'm sure you're interested in the chocolate chip cookie dough treats. If you're anything like me, you have childhood memories of eating chocolate chip cookie dough and risking the salmonella poisoning because it tasted so good! I wanted to try to recreate that taste because that was one of my favorite things, so I did that - yesterday. I just threw a bunch of things together that I thought would provide that taste, and they turned out amazing! Since I'm on a keto diet, they are high fat, but I will share some ways that you can alter the ingredients if you aren't doing keto. Chocolate chip cookie dough fat bombs Makes 8 1 tbsp fat bombs Ingredients: 1 tbsp coconut flour 2 tbsp collagen peptides 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs (unsweetened) 7-8 tbsp coconut oil, melted vanilla stevia or vanilla extract and liquid stevia (to taste) Mix all ingredients together. You want it to be well mixed together and not crumbly. You can add more coconut oil if needed. Once it's mixed together, you can place it in ice cube trays or molds, or just roll them into balls. Place them in the fridge or freezer to harden. They will need to be kept there also since the coconut oil will melt at room temp. **If you aren't on a keto diet and don't have to watch your carbs as carefully, you can eliminate the collagen peptides and just use coconut flour. I haven't tried this, so don't know how much you will need, but I assume it should be the same - the dough should be saturated and not crumbly. I hope you enjoy these!
