This product is great for your joints, digestion, and skin

I hope that you had a great weekend and that your week is going well. i had a great birthday weekend in Colorado with my mom and sister. We went to Denver, Colorado Springs, and Boulder. Colorado is a beautiful and clean state. We went Garden of the Gods where we were able to get a good view of Pike's Peak (we didn't want to take the train up on our first day because of the change in altitude), Red Rocks Amphitheater, and a lot of other beautiful scenery. Colorado has so many delicious places to eat with organic, locally sourced ingredients. I even got a mimosa flight that was made with fresh pressed juice! It was a good trip, but it went too fast, but definitely a birthday that I'll remember. Today, I just wanted to tell you about a product that I love - bone broth! I'm not sure why it took me so long to try it, but I had some last week, and it is delicious. You can buy it at the store or make your own. I made my own a couple years ago, but it didn't smell that great, so I couldn't bring myself to eat it. For me, it's better to buy it. I got the Bonafide Provisions brand, which is made locally in San Diego. It came frozen and I just thawed it in the fridge overnight. I'm sure there are other brands available in different grocery stores. I know Dr. Axe has a powder form that you can get also. Bone broth not only tastes good, but offers so many benefits. It contains good nutrients that can help with different ailments such as digestive problems (IBS, leaky gut, etc.), joint problems like arthritis, and it can help improve your skin. If you find yourself getting sick, it probably would be very beneficial to your health to have some bone broth. How does bone broth help with all of this? It contains many essential and non essential amino acids. The amino acids can help with wound healing, immune system function (why it's so beneficial if you are sick), protect the gut lining, heal joints, regenerate cartilage, reduce cellulite, and improves muscle building and metabolism. It also contains collagen, which is a protein found in the connective tissues of animals, and when it breaks down, it produces gelatin. This is really good for anyone who has digestive problems (IBS, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or acid reflux). It soothes the lining of the digestive tract and can even help heal those diseases. It's also great for anyone with food intolerances/allergies. It's great for the skin, helping with wrinkles and cellulite, and can help reduce joint pain. So, bone broth is really one of the best things you can feed yourself if you have any of the above issues. I plan to start having it daily as part of my breakfast. If you choose to make your own, you would do it by getting bones (either beef or chicken) and filling a stock pot with water and a little apple cider vinegar. It needs to cook for a long time. You can search online for recipes that will give the exact amount of time and ingredients. I know when I made mine, I used a crock pot. I hope you are able to try some bone broth and experience all of the benefits it offers!
