The reason you're feeling tired all the time

Happy February!  That first month of 2017 went by so fast.  I'm excited because it means that we're one month closer to summer and warmer weather. I also like that the days are getting longer.  This is not my favorite time of the year.  It was so nice out this past weekend, which almost made it feel like it was summer.  I actually got to take Charlotte to the beach, which was so nice.  And, the parrots came back to my neighborhood, which is also a good sign that it's getting nicer out, although they are extremely loud in the morning, which is especially annoying on the days that I'm trying to sleep in.

Speaking of that, it wasn't long ago that I really struggled to get out of bed in the morning.  I would set a bunch of alarms, but still seemed to sleep through them.  (I still have a bunch of alarms set just because I still worry that I'll sleep through them.)  I also even payed for a wake up service at one point, which would have different characters (like a pirate) call me every morning.  I struggled to make it through the day, and would even catch myself nodding off at my desk.  Then all I wanted to do when I got home was sit on the couch and watch TV or go to bed.  I literally had  no energy.  Have you ever felt like that?

I tried different things to improve my energy and always made sure I worked out in the morning, but my symptoms only mildly improved.
