This month has really flown by! I feel like I was just in Milwaukee, but that was already 3 weeks ago! It's hard to believe next month will already be September! For those of you with kids, you are probably getting ready for them to go back to school. Summer is really such a busy time of year for so many people. People go on vacation, there are a lot more parties, kids have activities going on, and, since the weather is nicer, people are just out doing more stuff. The summer is a really hard time to stay on track of any healthy eating regimen. In fact, I usually end up gaining a few pounds during the summer. What about you? Have you stayed on track with your health goals? No worries if you haven't because this is the perfect time of the year to start! Now that things, for the most part, won't be as busy for most people, I think that this is one of the best times of the year to get started! Things tend to get a little crazy during the holidays for most people also, so this is really the best time to start because, before you know it, the holidays will be here!
