Chocolate pudding recipe


Happy Valentine's Day! Since there are so many treats around this time of year, they can be hard to resist. Today, I just wanted to share a chocolate pudding recipe that is delicious and perfect if you are looking to eat something that won't make you feel sick from all of the sugar that you'll find in the candy and other treats that are in the stores and this dessert is great if you are trying to eat healthy or lose weight. This is one of my favorite recipes, and it contains pure chocolate (raw cacao powder) and other natural ingredients. Plus, it contains avocado, making it a healthy and nutritious dessert. I know avocado seems weird to be in a dessert, but I promise you won't even taste it.

Chocolate Avocado Pudding 2 tbsp raw cacao powder 6 tbsp lite or full fat coconut milk (canned) 1-2 tbsp raw honey, raw maple syrup (or you can use a few drops of stevia if you want it sugar free) 1 avocado splash of vanilla

Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until everything is blended together. You might want to taste and add additional ingredients per your taste.
