You have the wrong mindset. We live in a world where we want results IMMEDIATELY, and when you've been experiencing chronic symptoms for a LONG time, you need to make lifestyle changes in order to see real results.
Your body listens to everything you think and say. If you are constantly critical of yourself and your body, this can negatively impact you, leading to stress, unhappiness, anxiety, unhealthy behaviors, increased inflammation, and other physical symptoms.
We live in a very toxic world, and if you find yourself eating processed foods, fast food, or low calorie/carb foods, this could be causing your symptoms. Although calories do matter to some extent, all calories aren't created equal. It's crucial to focus on what you are eating.
Having balanced blood sugars and hormones is critical if you want to have sustainable energy, sleep well, and feel well. If you aren't eating food at the right time or in the right combinations, you may even cause them to be imbalanced.
If you are eating foods that aren't good for your unique body, it is going to cause chronic inflammation in your body, which will lead to weight gain, skin issues, digestive issues, joint problems, sinus issues, headaches, low energy, brain fog, and a whole host of other issues. When your blood sugars are balanced, it will keep you from crashing and craving sugary treats and will also give you more energy. It will keep you off the blood sugar roller coaster, which leads to inflammation, chronic symptoms, and can lead to disease. In this program, you will learn to eat the right combination and portion size of protein, carbs, and fat and when to eat in order to stabilize your blood sugars.
Our hormones tell us when we're hungry, full, and tell our bodies when to store or release food for energy. If our hormones are out of whack, we're more likely to have cravings and eat more than we need, which leads to weight gain. Having balanced hormones will also give yoru body a chance to burn stored fat. This program will teach you what and when to eat in order to balance your hormones.
