
How to sleep better and feel less stressed
I'm really looking forward to the weekend because I'm going camping on Saturday night. It will be so nice to get away, even just for a short time. I also really love camping food. We usually do vegetable packets in foil with fresh herbs, and, of course, hot dogs and bacon. (I buy uncured, nitrate free.) It will be fun, but I have a lot to do before the weekend, and am trying not to stress myself about it, and just focus on one thing at a time.

Tired of belly bloat?
Well, I'm back from Vegas. I was there for a Health Coaching conference last week, which was a really good experience. I learned a lot, had a great time, and met some really cool people. One thing I hate about traveling is that I often don't feel well because I'm not used to eating out very much. I always end up feeling bloated and weighed down. To avoid that, I had the hotel put a fridge in my room, and I brought my blender. I stopped at Whole Foods when I got there and pic
