
How to sleep better and feel less stressed
I'm really looking forward to the weekend because I'm going camping on Saturday night. It will be so nice to get away, even just for a short time. I also really love camping food. We usually do vegetable packets in foil with fresh herbs, and, of course, hot dogs and bacon. (I buy uncured, nitrate free.) It will be fun, but I have a lot to do before the weekend, and am trying not to stress myself about it, and just focus on one thing at a time.

I'm the worst at getting up in the morning, and literally hit the snooze at least 8 times before finally rolling out of bed! I even have to set 2-3 different alarms for each morning. I've always been like that. It's something we all have done: extended our R.E.M. cycles by hitting the snooze button once or twice, maybe even three times.
