I hope you had a great holiday weekend! My Christmas turned out really well even though I didn't get to go to Wisconsin to celebrate with my family. I went to Morton's Steakhouse with a couple friends and got to enjoy a delicious filet and lobster tail meal! Unfortunately, I ended up getting sick towards the end of last week and am still not feeling very well. As it gets closer, I'm really looking forward to Christmas, but I won't be going back to Wisconsin this year as I was hoping to. I do have a fun day planned with some of my friends though! This is the time of the year when there are so many treats around for the holidays, which can be hard to resist at some times. I wanted to share some healthy cookie alternatives (that taste just as good) with you today. They are made with clean ingredients, are so easy to make, and don't even require baking!
