I feel like I have been so busy this week because I wasn't able to work at all over the weekend since I went camping, which was so much fun! At first we weren't going to stay over since it was supposed to be so cold, but we ended up staying over and had a great time. It was definitely cold though. How to sleep better and feel less stressed
I'm really looking forward to the weekend because I'm going camping on Saturday night. It will be so nice to get away, even just for a short time. I also really love camping food. We usually do vegetable packets in foil with fresh herbs, and, of course, hot dogs and bacon. (I buy uncured, nitrate free.) It will be fun, but I have a lot to do before the weekend, and am trying not to stress myself about it, and just focus on one thing at a time.

On the go breakfasts
I'm the worst at getting up in the morning, and literally hit the snooze at least 8 times before finally rolling out of bed! I even have to set 2-3 different alarms for each morning. I've always been like that. It's something we all have done: extended our R.E.M. cycles by hitting the snooze button once or twice, maybe even three times. Do you ever have those days when you start to doze off at your desk in the afternoon? I remember that used to happen to me at some of my previous jobs, and it would happen all of the time at some of my classes in college. I remember trying so desperately to stay awake, but I just ended up having to leave class because I just couldn't stay awake. Does that ever happen to you?
